April Showers Bring May Flowers & Wicked Pony Ranch Weddings
Our Wicked Pony Ranch bride spotlight is Traci and Dan, who got married at the Ranch on May 7th, 2022. Their dreamy spring wedding was a show stopper. Every bride’s story is unique and special, and this was one wedding we can’t stop thinking about.
When you think of the perfect outdoor spring wedding, Traci and Dan’s is it! The couple said their “I dos” at the Field Arbor with the evening sun beaming down.
Not a drop in the sky and not a dry eye in the crowd.
Before the couple exchanged “I dos,” Traci and her bridesmaids did hair and makeup in the spacious bridal room at the Red Barn.
The bridesmaids wore dusty blue gowns. The groomsmen wore black suits and dress shirts with dusty blue ties to match the bridesmaids.
Traci was on the fence about doing a first look with Dan before the wedding. She wanted the raw emotion and shock of meeting eyes for the first time in the aisle.
Oh boy, was it worth the wait! How Dan looked at Traci as she walked down the aisle was priceless–just thinking about it gives me chills.
If you’ve gotten married at the Ranch, you know how amazing our wedding coordinators, Brenda and Andy, are! When Traci and Dan came to us, they were unsure what wedding they wanted. They just knew they wanted something relaxed and intimate.
Traci noted, “I knew the moment I walked into the Saloon that this was the place for us. I could picture everything, from the decorations to the cake, to where we’d be having our first dance.”
Taci and Dan celebrated the night away with friends and family in the Saloon. The Saloon was beautifully decorated with a mix of decorations from our Barrow Closet and what the bride and groom brought.
Traci & Dan’s wedding was an honor to celebrate. One of the biggest joys we get is watching a couple’s big day unfold right in front of our eyes!
The happy couple raved about their experience at Wicked Pony Ranch, saying, “Holy cow! What a beautiful place. My guests and I can’t stop talking about what a magical place Wicked Pony Ranch is”.
