What if it is raining?
Don't worry, we have you covered! The Saloon offers a great place for an indoor ceremony with gorgeous backdrops for photos. Our staff will accommodate and move tables and chairs as needed.
Is there an additional charge for bonfires?
No, it is included in your venue pricing. A WPR staff member will tend to the bonfires (as our Insurance does not allow us to let guests put wood on fire).
Do you have valet parking for older guests or handicapped guests?
Yes - The ranch is rather large and we can accommodate those quests as needed.
Can we use our own caterer?
No. We have two delicious catering companies to choose from.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No, due to insurance reasons and liquor license laws, alcohol service must be provided with a license. We are able to provide full bar service for your event.
Is the Saloon Climate Controlled with a/c and heat?
The walls of the saloon are retractable and there are multiple ceiling fans for cooling. There is no a/c, but the breeze is great even on hot days. We also provide patio heaters and propane heaters at no charge as needed.
Can we just have our ceremony at the ranch and not the reception?
No. The Ranch’s availability can only be reserved for weddings that are having receptions.
What size table linens are needed?
The majority of our seating tables are 60 inch round tables which seat 8 people. A 109 inch tablecloth will go about 2/3 way to the floor. A 120 inch tablecloth will go the the floor. We do not recommend the 120 inch length as people often step on them.
