Samantha (Sam) Witte and Jacob (Jake) Martin exchanged vows on October 28, 2023 in the rustic Saloon at Wicked Pony Ranch.
The Wedding Party
Nine groomsmen and ushers and five bridesmaids celebrated the event as part of the wedding party. The groom and his attendants wore gray suits with dusty lilac ties from Suits 4 Men. The bridesmaids wore floor-length dusty lilac chiffon gowns in various styles and carried bouquets of white wildflowers and greenery.
About the Bridal Look
The bride selected her lace gown from Boulevard Bride. The dress featured a romantic plunging sweetheart neckline; the bodice and the skirt incorporated an elegant scrolling vine design throughout the lace motif. Witte carried a bouquet of wildflowers, purple roses, and greenery designed by Emma, with Sisterchicks Flowers and More.
Witte’s wedding jewelry included a personalized charm bracelet and a matching earrings and necklace set that featured morganite and pearls. A safety pin set with multiple blue beads served as her ‘something blue.’
A Sentimental Exchange
Prior to the wedding, the bride prepared a special surprise for her father. She gifted her dad a personalized dusty lilac tie with a secret sentiment. The tie featured a screen-printed small photo of the bride as a child with her dad; the photo was hidden on the back of the tie.
The Reception
Following the ceremony, the couple celebrated with dinner and dancing at a reception in the Saloon. Guests enjoyed donuts in lieu of wedding cake; DJ Connection provided the upbeat soundtrack for the evening.
